13.8V 20A Power Supply

13.8 Volt Voltage Regulator
13.8 volt voltage regulator circuit, made using a positive voltage regulator IC LM7812 plus the voltage divider R5 and R6 so that the output voltage becomes 13.8 volts. In this section as a current amplifier for voltage regulators use PNP transistors Q3 tip 2N5683.
Current Regulator 20 Ampere
The current regulator circuit for the power supply is built using transistor Q4 BC547 type as a current amplifier FET driver BUZ11 type. Current carrying capacity of circuit 20A power supply 13.8V’ can be set from 1A to 20 A using potentiometer P1.
