Simple Power Supply +5V TIP32
Circuit of power supply +5V TIP32 a single power supply that can provide a stable output voltage of +5 volts DC and a current of 3 amperes. The circuit power supply +5V TIP32 uses positive voltage regulator IC LM7805 and current amplifier form TIP32 PNP transistor. The circuit power supply +5V TIP32 in the image above consists of the following sections.
- Rectifier section, this section serves to rectify the AC voltage from the transformer into DC voltage. Components that serve as the rectifier is a diode D1 bridge and electrolytic capacitors (Elco) C7.
- Voltage regulator section, this section serves to regulate and stabilize the output voltage of +5 volt DC power supply. The section voltage regulator uses a positive voltage regulator IC type LM7805.
- Current amplifier section, this section serves to strengthen the ability to provide up to 3 A current in the circuit of power supply above. Components that are used as a current amplifier is the type TIP32 PNP transistor.
The circuit power supply +5V TIP32, VCC terminal is a power supply circuit output line with a voltage of +5 VDC. The circuit of the power supply +5V input source TIP32 can be given without a CT of transformers with a voltage of 12 volts or +12 volt DC voltage source such as an accumulator.
