Step-down section, this section serves to lower the 220V AC voltage into an AC voltage of 18V with a current capacity of 15A. Components used as a step-down transformer 15A is the output voltage of 18 volts.
Rectifier section, this section serves rectify the AC voltage of 18 volts to 18 volts DC voltage, this section was prepared by a diode bridge 20-50A and 4 pieces of electrolytic capacitors (Elco) 10000uF.
Part voltage regulators, in part serves to regulate the output voltage level that can be set from + 3 VDC to + 18 VDC via a potentiometer. The main component is a voltage regulator IC LM723, then 20 Kohm potentiometer serves to set the output voltage level.
